Description of the provision: The object of this contract is the tender of an external service called "Change Management Office" for the duration of all the digital transformation that is responsible for:- Design and Monitor the indicators on the training of users and their adoption of new tools and processes.- Coordinate, from the point of view of change management, the rest of the transformation projects.- Communicate and promote the motivation required by the ACA in its digital transformation, which, among other things, involves the emergence of new digital services and the improvement of current processes.- Facilitate the transition in the present, through the coexistence of the current model and, above all, help to consolidate the New technologies and new ways of doing- help to manage the acceptance of change to achieve the full involvement of the entire organization.- To guarantee the deployment and adoption of the values and principles of digital transformation through a global approach that Go beyond what is strictly technological.
