Tender Details

The Arts Council currently uses a third‑party Managed Service Provider (MSP). The existing Managed Services contract is now approaching its natural expiry, having reached the end of its full contractual term. The Arts Council seeks a supplier to provide, implement, and support a SIEM service with a managed SOC, with either 24×7 coverage or an 8:00-18:00 Monday-Friday alternative (to be priced separately). The Contract will replace elements of the current managed services arrangement while placing a primary emphasis on SIEM/SOC. Access to selected Managed ICT services is required on an as‑needed (call‑off) basis, and the successful tenderer must have the capability for its personnel to attend the Arts Council-s main site at Merrion Square, Dublin 2 as required.
