Description of the provision: Abbreviated works contract for the fireproofing of different structural elements and cladding of the Castell de Castelldefels building to respond to the deficiencies detected in the control report in terms of fire prevention issued by the Collaborating Entity of the Generalitat (TÜV SÜD, file 8104276740, date 25/10/2023), with the aim of guaranteeing the safety of people and compliance with current regulations. The actions will mainly focus in the structural protection to guarantee the fire stability (R90) and the improvement of the fire reaction of the interior linings.
