project description - the bbc has an established and centralised optimisation team responsible for strategy, insight and the enablement of product teams across the business via a hub and spoke model. A significant appetite for multivariate and ab testing has been nurtured over the past year and teams across the bbc are at varying stages of maturity - some are yet to begin a testing programme and some have made significant progress. The bbc`s future strategy is to empower product teams to become self-serving via a champions` network. The bbc seeks to contract for the provision of a testing and optimisation capability as it seeks to mature and embed its approach to data-driven product development across web, applications and emerging technologies.
