AB "Kauno energija" (hereinafter - the Purchaser) in order to increase the efficiency of smoke removal from solid particles of the existing biofuel boilers No. 1 and No. 2, the reliability of the existing smoke condensation economizer and its devices, as well as the overall energy efficiency of these boilers, plans to implement the Project at the Ankar boiler house, during which a general electrostatic filter (hereinafter EF) and an absorption heat pump (hereinafter - AŠS) with a second-order smoke condensing economizer (hereinafter - DKE II) and other necessary devices would be installed. The object of purchase is considered technical preparation of the work project (hereinafter referred to as TDP) and implementation of the project according to the prepared TDP.
