At That Time, The Sealed Proposals Will Be Opened And Read In The Auditorium Of The Jackson County Administrative Building At 67 Athens Street, Jefferson, Georgia 30549. Bids Received After The Due Date And Time Will Not Be Accepted Or Considered. One Original And Three Copies Of The Bid Must Be Submitted In Addition To An Electronic Copy Stored On A Zip Drive. A 5% Bid Bond Must Be Submitted With The Bid. Performance And Payment Bond In The Amount Of 100% Of The Contract Price Will Be Required If The Contract Is Awarded.
