Aðalstræti 112, Patreksfjörður - Building Renovation The project consists of renovation and alteration works at Aðalstræti 112 in Patreksfjörður, including construction works, plumbing installations, electrical works, and interior finishing, in accordance with the tender documents, drawings, and technical specifications provided by the Client. The Contractor shall be responsible for all project management, labor, procurement of materials, equipment, and tools necessary to complete the works in a professional and safe manner.
