Tender for turnkey contract regarding construction and renovation of AAB Silkeborg, departments 51 and 57, located in Silkeborg. The project includes the total renovation of 18 semi-detached houses divided into a total of 36 homes for AAB Silkeborg, department 51 and the construction of 18 homes for AAB Silkeborg, department 57. The project is offered as a reverse tender. The total bid sum must not exceed the price of DKK 48, 674, 200 incl. VAT for AAB Silkeborg, department 51 and DKK 28, 380, 000 incl. VAT for AAB Silkeborg, department 57 for the turnkey constructions. The project is offered as an integrated project, but separate turnkey contracts will be entered into.
