This contract involves the following works (not exhaustive): - Construction of a dewatered sludge building (steel structure + sandwich panels) on an existing bund at It sludge processing building. Incl. providing a stair construction to the roof (accessible) of this building. - Supplying and installing a sludge transport system for dewatered sludge from the centrifuges to the sludge silo (PE and compressed air injection). Included: - Supplying and installing sludge transport screws (2 pieces) to transport the sludge from the centrifuges to the dewatered sludge pump. - Supplying and installing: - a dewatered sludge pump (10 m³/h) incl. piping to an existing sludge silo. - An PE dosing pump (2 pieces) incl. piping for PE injection. - a compressor (2 pieces) including pressure vessels and pipework for compressed air injection. - ... - Supplying and installing a sludge transport system for dewatered sludge from the bunker of the sludge dryer to the sludge silo (PE and compressed air injection).
