The municipality of Leiden and its partner municipalities use an outdated ERP system that no longer meets the needs. In addition, the contracts have expired and there is no longer any possibility to extend them in a legitimate manner. The previous attempt to replace the system was not successful, which made us decide to put this tender on the market again. The tender will take place on the basis of a competitive dialogue.
