A0014246 - WWTP Oostende, tackling influent problems. The influent pumpingal on WWTP Ostend is in a precarious situation. For this reason, there is a need for a reserve capacity of approximately 3, 600.00 m³/h or 1, 000.00 l/sec to maintain a reliable influent pumpingal. There will be a temporary Pump station, set -up 2+0, built into the Vijzelgeam to create an extra capacity that can vary between 900.00 m³/h or 250.00 l/sec and 3, 600.00 m³/h or 1, 000.00 l/sec. Two submersible pumps with oil cooler on foot are mounted with conductor pipes and pick -up chain. Both Subject pumps are provided with a frequency drive and are controlled by the existing PLC control of the influent pumpingal. Both submersible pumps are provided individually with a press line and the bike meter that flows into the drain bins of the largest jacks. No spare pump is provided Because of the temporary aspect.
