Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the delivery and implementation of an electronic anesthesia card system with hardware infrastructure and the provision of warranty and maintenance services by the Contractor to the Ordering Party in accordance with the scope specified in description of the subject of the order (hereinafter referred to as OPZ) constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. 2. Acting on the basis of Art. 257 of the Public Procurement Act, the Ordering Party informs that it may invalidate this contract award procedure if the public funds intended to be used to finance the entire contract or part of the contract, were not awarded to him. 3. The Ordering Party does not envisage the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Art. 214 section 1 point 8 of the Public Procurement Law. 4. The Ordering Party requires a security deposit proper performance of the contract in the amount of 5% of the gross offer price. 5. SUBJECTIVE MEANS OF EVIDENCE. 5.1 The Ordering Party requires the submission of the said piece of evidence together with the offer - the contractor's declaration, in accordance with the template constituting Annex No. 1a to SWZ, confirming that the offered subject of the order meets the required parameters. 5.2 The evidence referred to in point 5.1 should be submitted in electronic form, bearing a qualified electronic signature of the person authorized to represent the contractor indicated in the appropriate register or records, or a representative. 5.3 The Ordering Party will accept equivalent means of evidence if it confirms that the offered...
