A system for creating a distribution board The subject of the performance is the creation of a modern system for the creation of a distributor, which will ensure efficient, safe and user-friendly shift planning in continuous operation. The system will make it possible to create a distributor covering all required shifts and will allow data to be managed in accordance with the definitions in the specified entry conditions. The system will be designed as a web application including three separate interfaces - Planner, My Roster and ATS Panel. Each of them is intended for a different group of users and provides an adequate range of functions, from the creation and management of switchboards to the daily planning of activities in the ATS hall. The final output is the delivery of a functional and tested system (application) for the creation of a schedule that takes into account the structure of work in a shift continuous operation, including irregular shift planning. Development and maintenance of the system will be provided by the supplier for the lifetime of the system, i.e. for a period of 10 years. The subject of this procurement procedure is the creation of a modern system for the creation of a distribution board, which will ensure efficient, safe and user-friendly shift planning in continuous operation. The system will make it possible to create a distribution list covering all required shifts and will make it possible to manage data in accordance with the definitions given in Annex No. 1 of the Framework Agreement No. 104/2026/IS/190 (hereafter "framework agreement") - Technical specification.
