Brief description of the procurement: The purpose of the public procurement is to find out how the current work capacity assessment methodology meets the needs of different parties (applicant, unemployment fund, expert doctors) and to receive proposals for improving, simplifying and making it more efficient for change, including the potential for automation and TI implementation. Artificial intelligence (hereafter AI) could also play an important role in making the work ability assessment process more effective and understandable, but so far there is no systematic overview of which parts of the work ability assessment process are the most suitable for the introduction of TI and applicable in Estonian conditions. More detailed conditions are given in the basic documents of public procurement.
