A stand for research on interactions occurring in the pilot-aircraft relationship in real conditions for the implementation of aviation tasks in the air: a helicopter platform for research on the implementation of aviation tasks by pilots and technical staff in real conditions (R44). Case reference: IA1.282.159.2023.HP
1. The subject of the order includes the supply of a helicopter platform for testing the implementation of aviation tasks by pilots and technical staff in real conditions (R44). The platform is a brand new single-engine, piston helicopter with a type certificate recognized by the European ParliamentAviation Safety Agency (EASA) authorizing the Silesian Aviation Technology Laboratory (ŚLTL) to conduct VFR flights during the day and at night.
2. The Ordering Party intends to finance the subject of the order from the funds of the "Silesian Inter-Faculty Aviation Technology Laboratory" projectzych.
3. Pursuant to Art. 257 of the Public Procurement Act, the contracting authority may invalidate the contract award procedure if the public funds that the contracting authority intended to allocate to finance all or part of the contract were not granted to it, and the possibility of invalidating the procedure on this basise is provided for in:
1) the contract notice - in proceedings conducted under open tendering, restricted tendering, negotiations with publication, competitive dialogue, innovation partnership or
2) invitation to negotiations - in proceedings conducted under negative procedure...
