Mobile screener (screening and rinsing set) with accessories for rinsing and dewatering the fine fraction. Mobile crusher (e.g. conical or impact) dedicated to crushing oversize grain (+16 mm) in order to return it to the screen. Belt conveyor (if necessary to direct crushed oversize grain back to the mobile screen). Note: The Ordering Party allows submitting an offer for a complete set of machines from one Supplier or for individual machines separately (Part A - Screener + Dewaterer, Part B - Mobile crusher). Detailed technical parameters and work requirements: It is expected to offer a set of machines with a feed capacity of 120 t/h, meeting the following criteria: Feed characteristics: Type of material: feed gravel and sand (0 - 120 mm). Sand point: 25%. Amount of overgrain to crush (+16 mm): 40%. Required initial fractions (washed): Fraction 0 / 2 mm (washed / dewatered). Fraction 2 / 8 mm (washed). Fraction 8 / 16 mm (rinsed). Specialized equipment: Screen decks with a spraying (rinsing) installation. Sand dewatering system (e.g. hydrocyclone / dewatering wheel) to ensure proper quality of the 0/2 mm fraction and humidity up to 15%. Crusher type: conical or impact machine designed for crushing hard gravel aggregate / pebbles 16-120 mm.
