A detailed description of the subject of the order has been included in Annex No. 1 to SWZ - Description of the subject of the order with attachments (OPZ). 2. The subject of the order is the service of successive management, through recovery, of waste with code 19 12 12 - other waste (including mixed substances and items) from mechanical processing of waste other than those mentioned in 19 12 11, originating from the processing of large-sized waste. The service includes: 1) acceptance and transport, possible collection (as an element of waste management logistics by contractor), as well as management through recovery of waste fractions coded 19 12 12, 2) services provided on the above-mentioned waste fractions in an amount not exceeding 2000 Mg in the period from the date of conclusion of the contract to December 31, 2026 or until the limit is reached maximum contract value. The Ordering Party guarantees the execution of the order at a minimum level of 20% of the order waste volume.
