A service consisting in performing a class overhaul in order to renew the class certificate of the r/v "Oceanograph" ship, under the supervision of the PRS Classification Society. 1. The subject of the order is a service consisting in the renovation of a classroom, incl for the purpose of renewing the class certificate of the r/v "Oceanograf" ship (also called the unit), which is under the supervision of the Classification Society of the Polish Register of Shipping, hereinafter referred to as the PRS Classification Society. 2. Common Vocabulary Classification Code Orders (CPV): 50241000-6 (Ship repair and maintenance services), 50246100-2 (Dry docking services), 50240000-9 (Repair and maintenance services and other services relating to marine and other equipment), 50245000-4 (CPV services ship modernization). 3. A detailed description and scope of the subject of the order is specified in the renovation specification, constituting a description of the subject of the order - Annex No. 6 to the SWZ. 4. The Ordering Party requires a warranty for the subject of the order of not less than 12 months, with the Contractor may offer a longer warranty period, taking into account the provisions in Chapter XVI of the SWZ.
