A service consisting in carrying out activities animation, educational and cultural activities integrating the inhabitants of the Project 9 ROCŁ area and its immediate vicinity, increasing their social potential, strengthening their interest and encouraging them to use the public spaces of the area in in the form of events, workshops and activities in urban space CONTRACT FOR SOCIAL SERVICES AND OTHER SPECIAL SERVICES, when awarding it, the provisions of the Act of September 11, 2019 - Public Procurement Law (Journal of Laws of 2026, item 793) apply, hereinafter referred to as the Public Procurement Law, applicable to classic contracts with a value equal to or exceeding the EU thresholds - if the value of the contract expressed in PLN is equal to or exceeds the equivalent of EUR 750, 000, taking into account changes resulting from Section IV, Chapter 4 of the Public Procurement Law. The public procurement procedure is conducted as an open tender pursuant to Art. 132-139 in connection with Art. 129 section 2 of the Act of September 11, 2019 Public Procurement Law (Journal of Laws z 2026 item 793).
