The declaration is indivisible Initial insurance: (200, 000) new Syrian pounds, only two hundred thousand Syrian pounds Nothing new. Final insurance: 10% of the referral value. Initial and final insurances are provided in accordance with what is stated in the book of financial and legal conditions. Submission of offers: Offers must be submitted before the end of the specified date to the office of the Ministry of Public Works and Housing (Damascus, Saadallah Street Al-Jabri opposite the central post office) Duration of the bidder-s commitment to his offer: 45 calendar days from the day following the last date for submitting bids.
