The procedure is not divided into parts, the justification is included in the order documentation 1. The subject of the order is the comprehensive preparation and implementation of two editions of a longitudinal study of secondary school students and two editions of the study school management staff, including recruitment of schools and participants, field implementation, technical and logistic support, collection of administrative data, preparation and integration of data to the extent specified in the OPZ, and submission of databases and reports. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order, groups of respondents, scope of tools, schedule, technical requirements, implementation indicators, acceptance and settlement rules are set out in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ - Description of the Subject of the Order ("OPZ"). 3. Common Procurement Dictionary (CPV): 79315000-5 - Social research services. 4. The order is implemented as part of the task commissioned by the Ministry of National Education "Well-being of the School Community", module 2 of the "Friendly School" program for 2025-2027, co-financed by the European Fund Social Plus under FERS 2021-2027. 5. Whenever the terms "project manager" and "research manager" are used in the procurement documents, they mean the same person designated by the Contractor for the overall coordination of the implementation of the order, whose experience is assessed in the offer evaluation criterion. 1.
