Email: Login to see tender_detailsLogin to see details Tender Details UNDP Vietnam is looking for 01 qualified firm/institute/organization for a Long-term Agreement on the Maintenance services for the CRACs at the Green One UN House in Ha Noi, Viet Nam UN has 3 CRACs Model P1020 DA manufactured by EMERSON put into operation from 2015 provide air cool for the Data Center running 24 hours a day. Normally 01 CRAC runs 50% capacity, 01 CRAC provides additional capacity when load increases and 01 CRAC standby. In addition, we have 01 Daikin AC standby for Crack system. For the CRACs to be in a good working condition at all times, there is need to have them maintained and repaired regularly according to manufacturer-s specifications. This, therefore, requires the engagement of a competent maintenance service provider who will, in a timely fashion, provide maintenance services for the 03 above CRAC and attend to faults from time to time.Scope of work:Provide comprehensive preventive and predictive maintenance services, remedial repair services and equipment inspections ensuring CRACs, components and systems operate as intended and in compliance with manufacturer-s recommendations and industry-s best practices. Detail Maintenance Requirements are listed in Annex A-1 of the enclosed TOR.
