(a) IP "Kazbeg Municipality Development Service needs the purchase of tires, the place of purchase and delivery, the legal address of the supplier of the object, the delivery of tires must be done without replacement. The warranty conditions apply to the tire offered by the bidder: at least 50, 000 km in case of correct operation of the tire. During the warranty period, the use of the tire in compliance with the norms should not cause danger to the passengers, and the tire should not reveal such a defect that would interfere with the normal operation of the vehicle. Before the expiration of the warranty period, the tire must not undergo deformation and must be subjected to balancing, otherwise the tire must be replaced with a new tire with identical parameters.
