Auction tender is a threshold for participation in the framework: suggesting that it is a resident of Israel (as defined in the Income Tax Ordinance), it is also required to meet the following conditions: 1. The bidder will attach to his proposal all the necessary affidavits and approvals under the Law of Public Bodies, 1976, including, an affidavit under the Equal Rights Act for People with Disabilities, 1998, Affidavit under the Foreign Employees Act, 1991 Minimum, 1987.2. The bidder will join licenses, certificates and permits required by law. The bidder will be required to present a second (2) civil construction projects of NIS 1, 000, 000 per job for at least without VAT (adapted to a consumer -known consumer index at the date of submitting the proposals) performed over the past four years preceding the last date for submitting the tender. The bidder in the experience requires that the proposal to present a job that is beginning to execute, first for the required period and/or work that has not yet been completed, provided that the cumulative financial scope of the work done, within the years mentioned above, is the requested amount, and that the work meets the rest of the section. Proof of the condition will be required to invent a signed contract by the parties, quantities and invoices/final account, as stated in the wish letter, and/or any other relevant document. Registration under the Law of Registration Contractors Labor Involvement Workshop - 1969 classified at least 100 J -1.
