Change management and risk analysis according to CSM Safety Assessment (AsBo) The subject of performance will be services consisting in the processing of change management documentation, risk analysis and safety assessment according to Regulation (EU) 2018/545 and (EU) No. 402/2013 (CSM), including activities of the safety assessment entity (AsBo). The dynamic purchasing system is divided into the following categories in accordance with § 138 paragraph 1 ZZVZ: 1. Category: Change management and risk analysis according to CSM 2. Category: Safety assessment (AsBo) They are the subject of performance services consisting of processing the evaluation of changes including related documentation according to Regulation (EU) 2018/545 and (EU) No. 402/2013. The subject of public contracts will be services consisting of an independent assessment of the security of changes by an accredited assessment entity of safety (Assessment Body - AsBo), including the processing of a safety assessment report according to the relevant legal regulations, according to the Client's current needs.
