Tender Details

The subject and purpose of this procurement procedure is the introduction of DNS in accordance with § 138 et seq. of the law. On the basis of DNS, individual public contracts will be awarded to suppliers listed in DNS. The subject of public contracts awarded in DNS will be building modifications and modernization of housing units owned by the head m. of Prague, in the entrusted administration of the Municipal District of Prague 3. These are total (complete) building modifications and modernization of vacant housing units. Within each individual public contract awarded vDNS will be the subject of fulfillment execution of the work - construction modifications and modernization of at least five (5) housing units by one contractor. Each contract concluded on the basis of this procurement documentation will therefore include construction modifications and modernization of at least five (5) housing units. It's closer the subject defined in the tender documentation.
