Category I. - the estimated value of the public contract is equal to or lower than CZK 400, 000 without VAT Kategorie III. - the estimated value of the partial public contract is higher than CZK 1, 500, 000 excluding VAT. Kategorie II. - the estimated value of the partial public contract is higher than CZK 400, 000 without VAT and at the same time equal to or lower than CZK 1, 500, 000 without VAT. The subject of the fulfillment of public contracts within the framework of DNS will be the development of project documentation according to the specific conditions of the partial contract, possibly including the provision of engineering and related professional technical services in the field of water management constructions. The subject of the fulfillment of partial public contracts will be the development of project documentation for a new building or reconstruction of a waterworks in accordance with § 55 paragraph 1 letter a), b), d), f), Act No. 254/2001 Coll., on water and on the amendment of certain laws, as amended. DNS will be divided into 3 categories according to the estimated value of the partial public contract. Category I. - estimated value is equal to or lower than CZK 400, 000 without VAT. Category II. - assumed the value is higher than CZK 400, 000 without VAT and at the same time equal to or lower than CZK 1, 500, 000 without VAT. Category III. - the expected value is higher than 1, 500, 000 CZK without VAT.
