A digital solution for assessing the need for treatment The North Ostrobothnia welfare area (Pohde) offers a wide variety of digital services to its residents through the OmaPohde transaction platform. With this call for tenders, a solution is sought for the evaluation of the need for treatment in the chat channel. In the context of health care, the sought-after solution is a medical device and it must adapt to possible changes in the Health Care Act regarding the automation of the assessment of the need for treatment (Health Care Act §51). Acquisition the goal is to get Pohti's healthcare system to use a digital solution for assessing the need for treatment, which facilitates and speeds up the assessment of the need for treatment. This improves the availability of services, the need for resources and the quality of recording, as well as standardizes assessments made by professionals. The solution must enable the client to independently complete the symptom assessment, which can also be used to promote the client-oriented nature of the assessment of the need for treatment.
