Tender Details

In the first phase of the procurement, the Customer tenders for a partner (lessor) for the project. In the second phase of the project, the lessor selected in close cooperation with the Client tenders the design, construction and real estate services as a procurement in accordance with the Public Procurement Act andbuild objects. The sites consist of kindergarten, school and library buildings. The initial total area of ​​the sites is approx. 16, 000 brm2 and approx. 1, 450 pupil and early childhood education places. The customer rents the plots to be built to the landlord with a long land lease agreement suitable for the project. I rentthe provider finances the design and construction of the objects and leases the objects with maintenance for 20 years to the Customer with a gross lease agreement with the peripheral conditions described in Appendix 3. "Key terms of the lease agreement". The customer does not grant financing for the project or a guarantee for the financing.
