About the activity

With the aim of empowering the Fashion, Clothing, and Textile industry in Lebanon, Berytech is launching the Textile Eco-Innovation Challenge that offers the opportunity to develop sustainable innovations by entrepreneurs for companies in this field.

SCOPE OF WORK AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

Consulting Firm/ Business Consultant:

To conduct legal needs assessment to understand the startup-s legal status and needs
To offer legal consulting services, prepare and implement the registration of a fashion brand Lebanon and Europe.
To submit a clear report explaining the process, registration process and expected outcome of the legal consultancy and brand registration.
Requirements and Deliverables:

The consultant will be working on the "scope of work" while adding complementary suggestions and personal input to achieve the desired outcome based on the startup-s needs and roadmap.

The consultant will offer legal consulting services and submit a report that includes the legal needs assessment, recommendations, registration process and expected outcome.
The mission will be implemented between August and September for 5 weeks.

Qualifications

Consultant with more than 7 years of experience in legal company registration in Lebanon and Europe.
Consultant with strong understanding of legal structure in Lebanon and Europe
Track record working with startups and entrepreneurs.
Effective communicator with any audience in an organized and professional manner.
Strong portfolio of previous cliental
Selection Criteria:

Consultant will be selected based on:
- The proposal suggested for the program-s objectives
- Experts bio, proven track records and experience in the required field
- Budget scope
