THE SERVICE INCLUDES THE INSTALLATION OF LATEST GENERATION EQUIPMENT WHEN APPLICABLE, AND THE TRAINING OF PERSONNEL DESIGNATED FOR THE HANDLING OF EQUIPMENT, REAGENTS AND CONSUMABLES, WHICH INCLUDES INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL QUALITY CONTROLS FOR ALL AREAS IN ACCORDANCE WITH NOM-007-SSA3-2011: FOR THE ORGANIZATION AND OPERATION OF CLINICAL LABORATORIES, AS WELL AS THE CONSULTING SERVICE FOR OBTAINING CERTIFICATION AND/OR ACCREDITATION UNDER ISO 15189:2022 STANDARDS: QUALITY AND COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS IN MEDICAL LABORATORIES, NMX-EC-17025-IMNC-2018: GENERAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE COMPETENCE OF TESTING AND CALIBRATION LABORATORIES AND ISO 35001:2019: RISK MANAGEMENT BIOLOGICAL PRODUCTS FOR LABORATORIES AND OTHER RELATED ORGANIZATIONS, FOR THE REGULATORY COMPLIANCE OF THE MOLECULAR BIOLOGY AND BIOSECURITY LABORATORIES LEVEL 3 OF THE NAVAL MEDICAL CENTER, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS ESTABLISHED IN TECHNICAL ANNEXES 1, 2, 3 AND 4.
