The subject of the order is the provision of a comprehensive service including conducting training, coaching workshops, advisory meetings and supervision as part of task 6 called Teacher Your Master: academic staff development system of the Kochaj Swoja project Polibud! a comprehensive effective management system at the Lublin University of Technology in order to minimize the drop-out phenomenon. The purpose of the order is to improve the competences of academic teachers and administrative staff supporting students in the field building good relationships with students and implementing system solutions improving intergenerational communication at the level of the entire university. A description of the Ordering Party's needs and the method of implementing the ordered service that is the subject of the order includes: Description Subject of the Order (hereinafter referred to as OPZ), constituting Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ.
