The subject of the order is: A comprehensive integrated system educational in the field of e-health along with the necessary infrastructure. 1.1. A detailed description of the subject of the order is set out in Annex 1.1 to the SWZ. 2. Requirements regarding the subject of the order: 2.1. The subject of the order includes the delivery of the necessary assortment described in Annex 1.1. to the Terms of Order Specification (SWZ), including cabling, to the Ordering Party's headquarters, unloading, bringing to the premises indicated by the Ordering Party, as well as assembly and warranty coverage of the goods. The scope of the order also includes commissioning and configuration of the devices and training of the Ordering Party's staff in the operation of the devices. 2.2. The Ordering Party requires a guarantee for the offered subject matter of the contract for a period of thirty-six [36] months from signing the acceptance protocol. Details regarding the guarantee, warranty and related benefits as well as detailed conditions and method of delivery, assembly and training are included in the description of the subject of the order (OPZ) constituting Annex No. 1.1. down SWZ and the draft provisions of the contract - Annex No. 3 to the SWZ. 2.3.
