Tender Details

A potential contractor can submit an offer only for a part of the work (in multiples of sections) if necessary! Additional information is provided in the attached files. The contractor is obliged to perform a full range of works on the arrangement of concrete preparation and monolithic gridwork, namely: - installation of gridwork formwork, walls, columns, stiffening diaphragms, floor slabs, basement stairs; - provision of design geometric dimensions and markings; - provision of formwork tightness and surface quality; - manufacturing and installation rebar frames according to the drawings; - connection of rebar to be performed in accordance with the project; - introduction of pile outlets into the body of the grid, arrangement of rebar outlets in accordance with the project; - observance of the protective layer of concrete; - implementation of joints and overlaps of rebar in accordance with the project; - concreting of walls, columns, stiffening diaphragms, floor slabs, basement stairs (with mandatory deep vibration and observance of technological breaks and concreting seams); - perform care of the laid concrete (watering in the summer period, or heating in the winter period) to be carried out in accordance with the requirements of DBN V.2.6-98:2009.
