Tender Details

The contractor is obliged to perform a full range of works on the arrangement of concrete preparation and monolithic grillwork, namely: - installation of concrete preparation from C8/10 concrete, 100 mm thick; - installation of grillwork formwork, walls, columns, stiffening diaphragms, slabs ceiling, basement stairs;- provision of project geometric dimensions and markings;- provision of tightness of formwork and quality of surfaces;- manufacture and installation of rebar frames according to drawings;- connection of rebars to be performed in accordance with the project;- introduction of pile outlets into the grid body, arrangement of reinforcement outlets in accordance with the project; - compliance with the protective layer of concrete; - execution of joints and overlaps of reinforcement in accordance with the project; - concreting of the grid, walls, columns, stiffness diaphragms, slabs floor, basement stairs (with mandatory deep vibration and observance of technological breaks and concreting joints);- perform maintenance of the laid concrete (watering in the summer period, or insulation in the winter period) in accordance with the requirements of the DBN V.2.6-98:2009.
