Brief description of the procurement: The purpose of the public procurement following the market survey is to find a contractor for the complete renewal of the electric system of the hovercraft H-1. The supplier does not have up-to-date documentation of the hovercraft's electrical system, including the electrical diagram, which is why it is not possible to define the exact scope of the work or prepare a final technical description at the moment. It is in the interest of the procurer to prepare a technical description as clear and complete as possible during the preparation of the public procurement, in order to avoid problems during the procurement and to reduce the need for later changes. To ensure the transparency of the market research and the equal treatment of companies, the H-1 inspection of the hovercraft will be conducted as a joint site visit in the Mustvee cordon with the address Pihkva tn 2C Mustvee linn (specified by the inspection committee in the market research document).
