9920 Davidshallstorg, detailed design The assignment includes detailed planning of public space within the project area as well as the necessary investigation and coordination in connection with this. The detailed design covers Davidshallstorg from facade to facade on all of the square four sides and parts of connecting streets, a total of approx. 8600 m2. The basis for the detailed design is a preliminary study with accompanying design guidelines. The square area is divided into three rooms with different character and content. The streets on the long sides of the square are raised and adapted to create conditions for pedestrian streets with larger outdoor seating areas. In the north, parts of Storgatan are being rebuilt to create a cohesive design and increase accessibility for pedestrians.
