Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued.
Vendors submitting a quote must provide documentation confirming they are authorized resellers and authorized to perform installation, maintenance, or repairs on USA Shade products; failure to do so will render the quote technically unacceptable.
1. The solicitation number is F3G3LC5203AQ01. This solicitation is a request for quotation (RFQ).
2. The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-04, dated 7 August 2025.
3. This RFQ is to be solicited as a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 332311 with a small business size standard of 750 employees.
4. The anticipated contract type will be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP). The contract line-item number (CLIN) structure is as follows:
