Tender Details

Delivery of a PET-CT camera along with the necessary adaptation works 1. The subject of the order is the supply of medical equipment with technical parameters specified in Annex No. 4 to the SWZ, hereinafter referred to as "equipment", along with installation and employee training. and adaptation works, the Ordering Party requires that the adaptation works be carried out in accordance with the requirements specified in Annex No. 11 (Technical Documentation) and in Annex No. 12 (Radiological protection). 2. Document "Technical Design, "Electrical and telecommunications installations" will be made available to Contractors in electronic form via the Procedure Platform after concluding a confidentiality agreement constituting Annex No. 13 to the SWZ. The contractor will return to the Ordering Party via the Platform to provide these annexes and sign a confidentiality agreement. 3. Subject of this order: PET-CT camera (1 pc.) with technical parameters specified in Annex 4 to SWZ; 4.The above-mentioned equipment must meet the boundary conditions specified in Appendix 4 to the SWZ. Failure to meet at least one of the boundary conditions specified in Appendix 4 to the SWZ will result in rejection of the offer.
