Tender Details

1. The subject of the proceedings is carried out as part of the project "Development of innovative diagnostic and therapeutic methods to increase the availability and quality of heart disease services, implemented under the National Reconstruction and Immunity Plan: Component D "Efficiency, availability and quality of the health care system Investment D1.1.1 "Development and modernization of the infrastructure of highly specialized care centers and other medical entities. 2. The subject of the order is the supply of medical equipment with technical parameters specified in Annex No. 4a and 4b to the SWZ, hereinafter referred to as "equipment, including installation and training of the Ordering Party's employees. 3. The subject of this order includes the following parts: Part 1 - Extracorporeal blood oxygenation device (ECMO) type 1 (1 piece) with technical parameters specified in Annex No. 4a to the SWZ; Part 2 - Extracorporeal blood oxygenation (ECMO) type 2 device (1 piece) with technical parameters specified in Annex 4b to the SWZ; 4. The above-mentioned equipment must meet the boundary conditions specified in Annex 4a and 4b to the SWZ, respectively. Failure to meet at least one of the following boundary conditions specified in Appendix 4a and 4b to the SWZ, respectively, will result in rejection of the offer.
