One microtitherplate reader shall be procured on behalf of the Department of Pharmacology (FAR) at the Clinic for Laboratory Medicine (KLM) at Oslo University Hospital. The Pharmacology Department shall use the plate reader for measuring haemoglobin in haemolysis from blood samples, for analysis of various components in different biological materials, such as plasma, serum and blood light, based on ELISA methods, for enzyme-kinetic assays and for DNA quantitation. microtiter plate readers equivalent to the main delivery, as well as a service and maintenance contract.
