931533 HUSK Procurement of demolition of harmful substances HUS Kiinteistöt Oy tenders for the procurement of the demolition of harmful substances for hospitals and other offices located in the HUS group's operating area. HUS Group's hospitals and other locations are mainly located in the area of ​​the cities of Helsinki, Espoo, Vantaa, Hyvinkää, Lohja, Porvoo and Raasepor, but there is also activity in other localities on a small scale. Demolition of harmful substances can mean, for example, asbestos, demolition work of structures containing crocidolite and microbial damage or other demolition work requiring special protection. The work is carried out in operating hospitals and the timing of the work is always agreed upon according to the hospital's operations. The provider must have the opportunity to work also in the evenings, nights and weekends. The goal of the competition is to select five (5) contract contractors for the entire HUS area. The duration of the contract is two (2) years and the contract includes the option of one (1) to two (2) years to the option. For the Contractors selected for the framework arrangement, a mini-tendering (project-specific agreement) is always organized for procurements/contracts exceeding the national threshold value, on the basis of which the project-specific Contractor is selected.
