HUS Kiinteistoet Oy is competing for the HUS Group for pest control. HUS Group hospitals and other offices are mainly located in the cities of Helsinki, Espoo, Vantaa, Hyvinkaa, Lohja, Porvoo and Raseborg, but there are also activities in a small scale.The purpose of pest control is to ensure the disturbing operation of hospitals and other military and residential properties. Pest control is a professional and systematic prevention and reduction of the number of pests in real estate. The fight must take into account the hospitalUninterrupted activity. The acquisition is divided into the following areas: 1.Contractive supplier. The duration of the contract is two (2) years and the contract includes the possibility of one (1) two (2) year option. The scope of the objects may change during the contract period (change less than 10 %) and the changes will be announced three months in advance. Changes must not be affectedfor hourly prices. The subscriber does not commit to certain order volumes during the contract period. Service description is in Appendix 2.
