The subject of the purchase is a four-wheel drive 9-seater minibus (1+8) registered as a passenger car by the Jyväskylä educational municipality group for teaching use in Gradia forestry. The vehicle is used for daily transportation of students to construction sites and teaching sites reliable, safe and suitable equipment for off-road conditions is required. The procurement is carried out as part of the planned renewal of Gradia's vehicle fleet and the replacement of old, end-of-life fleet. The purpose of the procurement is to ensure the smoothness of teaching activities, the safety of transport and improving the usability and cost-effectiveness of the vehicle fleet. At the same time, the purchase promotes the introduction of lower-emission and more modern equipment. The vehicle must be technically in good condition and its maintenance history can be verified. The maximum purchase price is 50, 000 euros (VAT 0%). The acquisition is included in the approved investment plan for 2026. Bids exceeding the maximum price will be rejected as contrary to the request for bids.
