Tender are invited for 9 Pen Kit Procurement for Nuclear Medicine Laboratory

Nature, type and quantity : 9 KIT PURCHASING FOR NEMULAR MEDICINE LABORATORY Detailed information can be found in the administrative document contained in the tender document contained in the EKAP.After the order fax of the Laboratory Warehouse, the requested quantity and the materials of the items will be delivered to the related warehouse within 5 (five) business days. It is compulsory to comply with the required quantity and item in terms of inventory follow-up and management of our hospital. Ordered products will be delivered by waybill, invoice will be arranged and brought when requested by the administration. Delivery of goods by cargo will not be accepted. Delivery locations : Health Sciences University ili Hamidiye Etfal Training and Research Hospital Laboratory Warehouse

Delivery date : After the order fax of the Laboratory Depot of our contractor hospital, the requested quantity and the materials of the items will be delivered to the related warehouse in 5 (five) business days. The amount and item required for the stock follow-up and management of our hospitale must be complied with. Ordered products will be delivered by waybill, invoice will be arranged and brought when requested by the administration. Delivery of goods by cargo will not be accepted. If the Contractor does not use the medical supplies delivered within the due date, redemption will.
