This acquisition is set-aside for 100% small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. (ii). A list of line item number(s) and items, quantities, and units of measure is identified in Attachment 1 - Solicitation, Under Supplies or Services & Prices or Costs. Offerors shall return completed as part of quote submission.
(iii). The Contractor shall furnish all supervision, labor, tools, equipment, materials, operations, incidentals, and deliverables as required to complete the full scope of work at Building 2445, which includes furniture removal, asbestos abatement, and carpet replacement. To minimize disruption and allow for continued building operations, the project will be executed by dividing the work area into four (4) distinct geographical phases, as outlined in Attachment 1 (Building Phase Plan). The Contractor shall complete the full sequence of work activities in each phase before proceeding to the next.
(iv). Date(s) and place(s) of delivery and acceptance and FOB point is identified in Attachment 1 - Solicitation, Under Deliveries or Performance Schedules. Place of Contract Performance: Beale AFB, CA; Period of Performance: 4 September 2026 to 3 September 2027.
