Oslo municipality c/o the Agency for Urban Environment (BYM), The Agency for Water and Sewerage Works (VAV) and the Agency for Urban Development (EBY) - hereafter called the Contracting Authority, invite tenderers to an open tender contest for a framework agreement for removal of graffiti. Graffiti, posters and stickers shall be removed from the Contracting Authority's properties/installations.
