Description : Terms and Conditions:

1. Supplier must indicate in the cylinder the total weight.

(Tare weight + Content)

2. Cylinders with content must be properly sealed.

3. In the case of shortage in the weight content of cylinder, the actual total weight in kilograms will only be considered for payment not total cost per cylinder.

4. Cylinders with very tight valve will not be used for operation and must be replaced by the supplier.

5. Terms of Payment: PROGRESS PAYMENT

6. Use of cylinders/Tanks shall be no deposit (Free of Charge)

7. Pickup at Davao Warehouse

8. Monthly requirements = 20 to 30 cylinders

9. MCWD will conduct the actual weighing of cylinders
