The subject of the order is: Installation of a mechanical ventilation and signaling system for the aggregation room in the OBND building of the Faculty of Pharmacy of the Medical University of Warsaw. Piastw lskich in Wrocaw at ul. Borowska 211.2. Item the order was described in detail in the Design Documentation constituting Annex No. 8 to the SWZ. Bills of quantities, included in the Design Documentation, are auxiliary material for preparing an offer and submitting it in the Offer Form (attachment no. 1 to SWZ template). lump sum price. The bills of quantities should be treated as an auxiliary form of description of the subject of the order, therefore any inaccuracies or errors contained therein cannot constitute the basis for any claims by the Contractor during the execution of the works.3.
