1. 81 vial Purified Chick Embryo (anti-rabies vaccine with WHO prequalified multidose vial), p686, 400.00

Purpose: Vaccine against rabies to animal bite patients

Note: All drugs & medecines preferably two (2) years before expiration and should be replaced three (3) months prior to expiration

Note: Non-refundable fee for the Bidding Documents in the amount of Php200.00
